Fern Valley Hotel And Conference Center

The hotel was the best we have stayed in when visiting Louisville. Hands down and we will stay there again next year and years after. The location was great, the rooms were clean and updated.

Old hotel, that badly needed a remodel. Dirty feeling and in appearance. Broken down. The hotel shuttle van, was filthy with broken down seats. Every staff member I encountered was very kind, friendly and helpful. I felt bad for such nice people working in such a run down place.

You need to visit this hotel yourself. It does have the amenities but in very poor quality. I was actually disgusted when I entered. There are several other hotels in the same area with the same 3 plus star ranking but no comparision. I could not consider even staying at this hotel. So it actually cost me more in the long run because I had to rent another hotel. Very disappointing. read more

Dirty, moldy, rusty and we did not feel safe in the hotel or area of the hotel.

The room was clean for the price but other than that I would never have stayed there.

I got a hotel room that was at best a cheap economy hotel. The bed was a regular size and the room was very small. The hallways were extremely hot. The housekeeper came into our room without knocking at about 3 in the afternoon and again the next morning before we awoke. This is totally unacceptable. I would not stay there again and would have left if I had any other option. This does not reflect well on your usually quality service. read more

I was really upset when I got there thinking this would be a real nice hotel and it was not!!! I have stayed with Priceline before in 1 and 2 star hotels that were better than this. Like I said before, if this were my first time with Priceline, I would never use you again. I felt totally cheated. Shame on you for misrepresenting this hotel!!
