Clean room, and location.
Hot tub was condemned during stay by health dept.

We liked the hotel room. The room had a microwave and small fridge which was convenient. Wished complimentary breakfast - it tasted good, but was $10 a person. Pool had very strong chlorine, hot tub was shut down by health dept during stay and the pool/pool area were quite small.

Location perfect for me and also a vacancy.
Very expensive.

I was happy to get a room in the location I needed especially during a busy convention week.
