Did not change the bed each day.

This place is very clean, the front desk had the TV on all night. I called to have them turn it down BUT that never happen.

Room for more than one person to walk at the same time.
There was not a refrigerator in the room.

Have stayed in other hotels, just as nice, for a cheaper cost and had more amenities.

The location to my destination was wonderful.
I wanted a non smoking room, I did not receive one.

Convenient to LMU campus, shopping and food places. affordable. friendly and efficient staff.

Staff very nice and good breakfast.
We were given a smoking room and would not let us move to another room.

Overall the room was nice. however, we were given a smoking room and when we asked for a non-smoking room they would not let us change. Would have enjoyed they stay more if in a non-smoking room.

The king size rooms were larger than most and the complementary breakfasts were more than adequate.
Our hotel room had a stale odor that clung to our packed clothes. TV picture poor.

Rooms clean and large. Not much view if roomed in the back but it does make for a quiet location. Complementary breakfasts very nice and coffee was excellent.
