Clean, friendly atmosphere and excellent rooms.
The television and the mattress could have been better, but I'm picky on those topics.

The hotel was easy to find and located conveniently near my business destination. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed having a comfortable recliner in the room, which made me feel like I was at home. Overall, I highly recommend the River Cities Best Western anytime you're near Ashland, KY.

Easily accessed and close to stores.

Our stay at Best Western River Cities was a wonderful experience. The staff was able to answer any of our questions and assisted us quickly and effectively. Their continental breakfast was the best we have ever enjoyed and we never heard any outside noise from the outside once we were in our room. Overall it was awesome.

Convenient, easy access.
Mill was a little close, but didn't affect our stay.

Overall I would give it a 8.5 out of 10. It's clean comfortable place to stay for the price!

Location was great, Rooms were Great, and service was outstanding!
Needs hot sausage/bacon and hot scrambled eggs.

Excellent location for Ashland, KY, Ironton, OH or Huntington, WV or South Point, OH. Attractive large rooms. Flat screen TVs. Exercise room, outdoor swimming pool. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, out of town hospital visiting of family or friends. We greatly enjoyed our 4 day stay.

I needed they had it for me.

I was very happy with my stay. I would tell all my friends to stay there. We needed personal items and they had them right away for us. The pool was very nice and well taken care off. I was surprised when I left on Saturday came back and our beds were made. New towels and coffee was always ready for my husband. Will be going back again.
