was on business with one other co-worker. We got to the hotel and all they had was a single with a couch. Then when we got into the room the AC wouldn't work. So we left and found another hotel. I was very upset with this Hotel. Not to mention the guy at the desk didn't seem to care.

Room was not cleaned at all for 3 days.

Very bad experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Alexandria, LA. Room was not cleaned at all during stay and we had to go to get clean towels ourselves.

Manager upgraded us to a suite, as my young daughter was disappointed that there was not an indoor pool. Excellent service!
Nothing.

Our room was clean, the staff exceeded our expectations and everyone was terrifically satisfied!
