It was near the casinos and had a casino shuttle.
The room wasn't very clean and kids kept you up all night play at the doors.

When I go back to Shreveport this is not were I will be staying there are so many better places around this vicinity the staff that check us in were nice but the guy that worked that night was very rude we asked for towels and he literally through them on the counter and there continental breakfast you can't even call it that.

Beds have indentions from overuse.

Poor choice of a hotel. I have stayed at much better 1 star hotels. This hotel deserves no rating and should be shut down.

Very old and unattractive.

Will not stay at this motel again unless it has a complete makeover. Outside doesn't look too bad, but the rooms were very unattractive and old. They did appear to be redoing the motel, but it was a total mess.

Poor service at front desk. No amenities as advertised.

This hotel is very unkempt. Many outside repairs need to be made. We had to push the table in front of our door because the hinges were so poor. They advertise hair dryer and there was not one. On the second day stay, we did not receive fresh drinking cups or have the ice container cleaned out. It was most disappointing.

The lady at the front desk was great very helpful, and the free shuttle was awesome!
Checkout was at 11 and at 10.20 housekeeping started banging on the door and screaming then tried to enter the room with the chain lock on.

Everything was as expected this hotel wasn't fancy if was cheap and great location with free shuttle,( the only complaint I have about this place was the rude house keepers who started banging on our door 40 minutes before checkout then tried to enter our room with the chain lock on the door they popped their head in and started screaming house keeping then they would slam the door and start banging on the door. read more

Nothing was liked the room was not cleaned, dirty towels in the room and sheets unchanged.
Room was dirty, sheets were not changed, floor was dirty. Loud.

This hotel is in a good location, but: Very unclean, spider webs on the walls, dirty used towels were on the floor, sheets on the bed were unmade, paint on the walls was peeling, paint was over peeling paint, no toilet paper in the bath room and none was in the room. TV appeared to be about 30 yrs old. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a very bad night.
