Holiday Inn Bossier City

This hotel was close to decent dining and we had no problems getting a taxi to us within minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in a large group of people and our room were all connected so I felt relatively safe. I am not sure I would've felt that way if I had been staying by myself. The room was very outdated and had obviously been a smokers' room even though I requested non smoking. There were actually plenty of pillows and towels which I've found to not always be the case at other hotels. Decent room for the amount we paid, would've probably have been happier had we gotten it at a bigger discount though. read more

Easy Access and very clean. Friendly service staff.

Make sure everything works in your room before staying here. My boyfriend took a shower and it filled up with water about the time the shower got hot. The toilet handle was broken, the water ran all night, then spilling out everywhere. We ended up turning the water off on the toilet ourselves. No one answered the desk phone.

The staff is attentive and the rooms are clean. I would recommend it if it is mainly being used to simply sleep/short stay.

This hotel was a disappointment. From the time we arrived the front desk person was rude and unwelcoming to us. The room was supposed to be non smoking yet it stunk of cigarettes, and when we complained we were told they had no other room available at that price. The power went out during the night and we missed the alarm which never sounded making us two hours late for our meeting of which we lost the client. Thanks for nothing. read more

The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, but the furnishings were dated and worn. There were several amenities we did not take advantage of them.
