General location and access to shopping and restaurants.
The complementary breakfast was fat-filled and you could not simply get a bagel or muffin; the toilet in my room didn't properly flush.

Good location, tidy and well decorated room, comfortable bed. Need to consider a buffet for breakfast, since you either order eggs, potatoes, meat and toast or nothing (can't simply get a bagel to go). Could also use some lids for coffee to go, which is located right next to the lobby desk. All in all, a good value for the $, especially if you book with priceline.com. Just need to make a few tweaks to make it perfect.

Hotel was quiet and the heating system was digital and operated very well. Hotel met my expectations exactly and I would recommend highly.

Staff was very accommodating. Pillow selection offered.
Majority of rooms had exterior entrances.

Rooms were clean and pretty comfortable, although hotel seemed kind of old. Staff was very accommodating. Good for short stays, but would not recommend for long vacations.

The desk attendant, Blaze, was exceptionally helpful.

The staff was helpful when I checked in and the room was as expected (nice). The room was quiet and the maids honored the do not disturb sign (wonderful!). I need a later checkout and it was granted cheerfully. Very good experience.
