St Charles Inn (Best Western) is conventienly located in a safe area. Parking was easy to access and parking was protected by security gate. Entrance to room was easily accessable from the parking area.

In room phone had no service - room not fully cleaned.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was updated fairly recently. The staff is friendly and helpful with directions and information about the city. The hotel was clean, convenient and I felt safe.
