Location and staff.
Parking was a ridiculous $31 a night.
The hotel staff were great. The room was nice and the location, one block from the center of Bourbon Street, was fantastic. Decent continental breakfast in the mornings. For what they charged to park our car there, the car should have had its own suite or at least been washed and waxed every day.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was great too.
The elevators looked old and worn out, it was almost like they didn't fit!
The hotel was wonderful. The bed was great! The room more than met my expectations. The breakfast was fantastic. I would love to visit again sometime soon.

It surpasses the 2 1/2 star rating it currently has on priceline.
The cleaning service only comes once a day. If missed, will not be cleaned until next day.
For the money, this hotel surpassed the 2 1/2 stars it receives in Priceline. The parking and front desk staff were friendly, outgoing, and helpful. I encourage visitors without children to consider using this hotel.

The location to Bourbon and French Quarter was great.
You can hear everything in the streets when we were trying to sleep.

Everything was clean, the breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the saltwater pool.
There was only a small window in the room and it was very dark. Also, the parking was $28 a night.
Overall, we had a very nice stay. Everything was clean, we got free wine/beer coupons at check-in and the breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and courteous, though a little reserved. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Amenities - including breakfast and free drink at the bar - were
much appreciated!
Nothing!
I was warmly welcomed at the hotel. The keys were ready and waiting, expediting the check-in process. A map of the city was produced immediately upon my request. The room was kept exceptionally clean. There was more-than-adequate linens available. The continental breakfast was varied and excellent. The hotel remained very quiet during the night. I was thanked for my stay and warmly requested to return. Excellent service! read more

I loved the bed!
There was no refrigerator in the room. Also, the parking was expensive.
This was a great place. The continental breakfast was very good. The room was clean, spacious, and very attractive. I would stay here again.
