i liked the business center, free wireless in the rooms.
The staff were not well aware of the bus system, but that's not a big deal.

The heated pool and hot tub.
The room service was slow.

This hotel was in a convenient location and had a friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was heated and clean. The room service staff was slow in delivering the meals but the food was excellent.

The room was large and spacious.
The breakfast buffet was $12 bucks! Not free.

My week long stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Great staff, amenities and location for the convention center. I would definitely stay in it again next year.
