Having to pay $26 for one night of parking.

The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. The only 2 things that were negative was the carpet in the hallway needed to be vacuumed and you have to pay $26 a night for parking above the hotel rate.

Sports bar on premises was awesome. Location to the best part of the French Quarter was perfect.
Stairways were kind of
smelly and grimy but it is old New Orleans. Lobby a little small.

Great location and a expansive Sports Bar attached to Hotel with 30 TV's for any team playing.

Poor room service.

We were pleased with the hotels, general location, but were displeased about room service. All we wanted was 2 wine glasses and a cork screw but they told us no. I had to go all the way down to the bar to get the glasses and cork screw. Then I had to bring the cork screw right back down to the bar. It was just an inconvenience.

The bathroom was big and the shower head was great!
Reminded us of Shoneys. Old. The room was obviously updated but the halls and elevators were out of date. It was loud at night being in the Quarter

This did not feel like a 3 star hotel! Rooms were very small and cramped. No where near luxurious!!! However, it was adequate for the price paid. Thank goodness I got it through priceline and did not pay the regular rate.
