Liked very much.

Very clean and nice amenities. Room service a little slow, but food was good. My daughter attends college in Shreveport and this is where we always stay when we visit her.

Unclean entry and walkways.

Overall, the hotel had nice furnishings and the food was good. Outside my room was a drain pipe that woke me up throughout the night. I was already unpacked, exhausted and had such a late check in that I didn't call to get a different room. I won't be going back though. A good night's sleep is very important when I'm away on business.

Very clean, nice and friendly staff.

I was very surprised when I walked in the door. It was very new, nice, clean and the staff was very friendly! Would love to stay there again!
