Very comfortable bed.
Little things disappointed me.

It's a shame that this hotel lets the little things slip by. An electric outlet that didn't work, bathtub stopper laying on the side, no bath soap the 1st night. Small things take away from what would otherwise be a very nice stay.

They had an elevator.
Vending machines did not work; front desk did not have toothpaste or comb.

This is an establishment with no preventive maintenance. Floors are dirty, rooms are smelly (smoke, cologne, or mildew), amenities are not replaced...generally a dismal place to stay!

This hotel was very comfortable, and very nice. The people was nice and it was a convention at the time that made it very safe. Dare was their from AL.

Building is new, clean, and nice. My one suggestion is that a street light be erected at the intersection of Fern and Park Plaza streets to better illuminate the hotel's entrance.

Clean and great location
Heater very loud and beeping noise all night! Sounded like an alarm clock!

The hotel was great, but the heater was very loud and there was a beeping noise that would start around 4-6 am and just go no intermittently all morning! Not good for us two hours behind!
