It was nice, clean, and friendly service.
Coffee pot broken, replacement coffee pot broken, no heat in room temperature 48 degrees outside, and had to ask for iron.

Maintenance came the next morning to fix heat-still not working. I think they need to replace all appliances and most of all replace heating system especially in winter. The coffee pot in room did not work. Front desk clerk gave me another one that was broken as well. They should not advertise things that they cannot deliver. When I told them about my complaints I received a matter of fact answer as if okay. I would not like to stay at this hotel again. read more

A very good value, location off I20 had lots of high quality restaurants and shopping, very convenient to all areas of Shreveport / Bossier City. Highly recommended.

Coffee pot with no coffee in room, requested wake up call and didn't receive one - broken alarm clock, iron with no ironing board.

The room was clean and it was close to the airport.
There was a
lot of little things that were in need of repair.

The hotel seemed in urgent need of a makeover. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable, and that's all I needed for one night. (I just needed a place to sleep before an early flight.) However, if I had to stay longer, I would have moved somewhere else. The toilet leaked, the lamp didn't work, the wallpaper was peeling, and the lawn sprinklers sprayed the window everytime they came on. read more

Very clean, upscale look to it, comfortable beds & pillows
There is no shuttle to the airport even though they are only about 3 miles away.

A very friendly and helpful staff! We spent one night so we could catch an early flight from the Shreveport International Airport the next morning. They allowed us to park our car on their parking lot free of charge while we were away! They have shuttles to area casinos, but there is no shuttle to the airport, even though they are only about 3 miles away. But the desk clerk found the phone number for a cab company for me and for $11 we were able to get to the airport. read more
