It was conveniently located for regular shopping, it took a while to get to Mardi Gras but this hotel served its purpose.
I did not like on the last day that housekeeping tried to clean the room 3 hours before check out.

This hotel served its purpose front desk staff very friendly, let’s face it, it wasn't the Hilton but done a wonderful job. We were only in the rooms to sleep! The towels were rough, and the sheets hard, pillows flat, but were ok for the stay.

Check in was very convenient and quick.
There was a group of teenagers allowed to drink and make noise in the parking lot!

It met the requirements of my needs at the time.

It was terrrible, noisy, no coffee pot and no alarm clock. No iron. Dirty.

Would never recommend this place to anyone.
It was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.
No cold water pool was inoperable outside was not up kept.

The only good thing about the hotel was that the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. We requested a non smoking room and were put in a smoking room. The room was clean for the most part except for the stains on the carpet. We did not have cold water we had to brush our teeth with warm water. The pool was closed with a tarp and cinderblocks and the outside was not up kept well. This hotel was certainly not worth and if anyone is going on vacation to Slidell we do not recommend you stay here! read more

Price, adequate, clean.
Ad said suite. No suite.

Economical, clean, adequate, basic. What was described as a suite was not. We could hear activity in adjacent rooms. I would consider staying a gain with price being main determinant.

The location was ok. The room was acceptable.
It wasn't very clean and needed some repairs.

Ok for the money, I wouldn't recommend it at a normal rate. It served us ok, but all we really did was sleep there. There were a lot of places to eat and stores, etc. Real close. They had a pool but it wasn't operational. The parking was inadequate. For the money, it was aright.

There was a key to the door.
This room was the worst.

The room had no coffee pot, no hair dryer; no light over the mirror at the bathroom sink, no trash can in the bathroom. No plug in the bath room if you took your own hair dryer. The keyhole was taped on the door. The ceiling light had been removed, the wires were visible. The lamp shades were torn and the inside lining was torn; they were fastened to the lamp. The sheets had holes and the bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. It was impossible for my husband to see to shave. I spoke with management and they didn't seem to care. read more

I didn't line anything about this hotel. It was horrible.
The beds smelled like smoke. The room smelled like smoke. Not enough towels. No coffee pot in room. No ironing board in room.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life. I have stayed in better hotels for the same price or less. All of the accommodations were horrible. The room smelled really bad. I had to constantly spray air freshener to be able to stay in the room for two days. There were not enough towels. We didn't have a coffee pot or any Kleenex and we didn't get these items the whole time we were at the hotel. They didn't bring us any extra cups. There were cigarette burns in the comforters and the mattresses smelled really bad. Cigarette burns were also on the telephone and on the sink. This was supposed to be a none-smoking room. I couldn't get under the covers at all. It was a really good thing I brought my own little blanket with me and my own towels. I was mortified with this place. This place was mostly false advertising. Someone should check into this right away. I feel we should be reimbursed or given credit to another hotel in the future. The better business bureau should know about hotels like this. This was the most traumatizing stay I have ever had in a hotel. read more
