MUST SEE - If you're looking to do something indoors, check out the Prien Lake Mall, nine miles from our hotel in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Prien Lake Mall features several department stores, over 80 specialty shops and a multi-screen movie theatre. MUST DO - During the summer, you can spend a relaxing day outdoors by visiting North Beach, less then seven miles from our hotel. North Beach is located right off I-10, and features the only white sand, inland beach between Texas and Florida. I was disappointed that my room wasn't clean or got clean towels for the next day. I stay two night .Other than that I love staying there, the bed is very very comfortable.

The toilet seat wasn't right.

Overall well kept appearance.
Lacking efforts of customer service and noted that room and elevator were not vacuumed.

Very disappointed that management suggested we could have saved money if we would have contacted the hotel directly. We felt this was inappropriate. After entering room and washing up we noticed toe nail trimmings on the carpet. This was obviously the result of the carpets not being vacuumed. This leads to the question what was not cleaned in the room. Front desk was slightly non-responsive and irritable when we requested the room be vacuumed. The hotel is very attractive for the price range and we feel that it is the best option in its class. We do not know if we would rebook at this location or just opt for a higher rated hotel. read more

This hotel provided exactly what I want in a hotel - cleanliness and comfort. From the decor to the microwave and refrigerator, everything was set up for comfort and convenience.
