Clean, friendly and overall nice place to stay. I was pleased.
Breakfast buffet was always out of food no matter what time we arrived.

This is a great hotel for the price. It is very conveniently located and had a nice walking trail behind it. Staff was very friendly. My experience was very good.

The hotel is in a safe location, and it exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and comfort.
The hotel is not easy to find in the dark from the interstate.

The overall appearance of the hotel was clean. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Service was excellent. Hotel was clean and front desk help was amazingly courteous.

From the time we checked in until we checked out, everyone at this hotel seemed to go out of their way to assure our comfort. I would certainly choose this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the West Monroe, LA area. They have an excellent staff that are very professional and courteous and seem to know what travelers expect from a hotel. Front desk lady who checked us in called our room after check in to know if we were pleased with our room. Not a common thing among hotel workers. I was extremely pleased with the continental breakfast. Good food and the staff works very hard keeping everything stocked during the rush of guests depleting items. Thanks so much Holiday Inn Express for making my stay a pleasure and enjoyment. read more
