Do not recommend this facility at all. Old hotel in poor repair. Seem to have dressed up the common areas, but not the rooms.

Really helpful staff.
No breakfast.
Located at the center of Village. Staff is very much helpful. Tennis court / Swimming pool.100 % non smoking rooms. Internet facility is available at lobby; but only one computer. Sometime you need to wait. If you are going to visit Acadia and want to watch sunrise, it takes 45 minutes to reach Cadallic mountain.

Good location.
Steps lead from front desk to first floor rooms.
The hotel is fine, a typical HI that could use a little updating. The best thing about the hotel is that it is next to a marvelous grocery store.

NOTHING
EVERYTHING
For $110 for the night I wanted to cry when I saw how bad this room was. A few words to describe this room dark, dirty and completely uncomfortable. THIS WAS LITERALLY THE HARDEST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. I suspect that the floor would have been more comfortable but the room was pretty dirty so I wasn't going to try.

Good location, excellent rooms, fine amenities.
Nothing I can think of.
Centrally located, only 13 miles from Bar harbor, in the middle of commercial district. Nice selection of local fare and every day fast food joints.

Rooms were very quiet, and the pool was refreshing.
It is the nicest hotel in Ellsworth, Maine, and is in a good location to enjoy nearby attractions.

Restaurant and swimming pool were nice amenities. Staff was wonderful and extremely hospitable.
Located about 20-minutes from Acadia, this hotel was convenient. It was one of the closest "name" hotels to the park. Staff was friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to provide needed information.

People were very nice but again not the hotel we thought we were bidding on.
It was 20 miles away then we thought we were going to be.
