Convience within town and location to shops.
Didn't change bedding daily and no ice bucket , tv in shambles for viewing purposes.

I would stay there in a pinch but there are far more nicer places around and something with a elevator since we were on the 3rd floor and carried our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Surrounding rooms were very noisy and not private as far as room noise. We had to ask why the room was not ready the next day as far as fresh bedding and towels and bathroom supplies that was poor.

There was refrigerator and microwave in the room.

A place that I would go to again. It was not fancy but was friendly. Everyone was willing to help in any way that they could.

Information flow - had to ask about internet - hours of operation.

OK - would use again if necessary. Restaurant was great but only for breakfast/dinner.

The clerk let us look at 2 other rooms to find an acceptable one.
This hotel was not at all what your web site showed.

The clerk was very accommodating (considering what she had to work with).

Located direclty across the street from the beach.
The room smelled.

The hotel room was very outdated and smelled. I imagine it was due to the old cigarette burned/stained orange carpet from the 60's. The housekeeper would fa breeze the room after cleaning in the morning so when you checked in you couldn't quite place the underlying smell. when you would arrive back in the evening the air freshener scent was gone and it smelled of horrible. We stayed for five days and every day the housekeeper would spray the freshener so it was quite clear the management knew this room had a problem. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. I always double check the bed linens before using. They did keep it clean considering what they had to work with. The owner really needs to update the rooms considering the price they are charging per night. read more

It was right across the street from the beach.
Room was filthy.

The first room we were assigned to was so disgusting and outdated that I think it should be condemned or at least have the board of health called. Bathroom floor and tub were so filthy they were black. The ceiling was stained yellow and falling down. The mattress was stained. It smelled terribly. Honestly it was disgusting. I would not stay in it. The second room they gave us was much better bust still outdated and kind of dirty. The staff did not seem surprised that we would not sleep in the first room and all of the other guest were complaining as well. read more

Absolutely Nothing, Dirtest hotel we ever stayed in
Dirty Sheets, Water did not drain from Shower

This was by far the dirtest room we ever stayed in, we had to spend over $70.00 @ the closest Walmart to purchase sheets and pillows due to the stains on the mattress and sheets. We were afraid to go in the pool b/c it looked so unkept.
