Very friendly owners and extremely clean room.
No hot water in the morning for a shower.

This hotel was well situated and convenient to many attractions and beaches. The owners are very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was very clean and large. The only thing missing was a swimming pool.

Immaculate, comfortable and convenient.

I would definitely stay in this motel again. The staff was very friendly, the room was a good size and most of all it was extremely clean and fresh. There was a small cozy outside sitting area near the stairs on the second level and each room on the first level has a bench outside their door.

A short drive to downtown Portland and Old Orchard Beach. Hotel was clean and room was nicely appointed.
