Currently completing a renovation following DoubleTree's recent acquisition, this pet-friendly hotel still seems to "exceed the expectations" of some travelers; though it's "not near anything at all" other than "a shopping center", it does offer a "free shuttle to the Naval Academy/Annapolis" and the "considerate" staff makes "check-in and check-out very easy", plus there's an "adequate", if "small", exercise room and those "great" complimentary cookies; most are hopeful the redo will spruce up "bathrooms that need help" and fix those malfunctioning amenities.

No coffee in lobby and beds are too soft.

Nice hotel, easy parking, convenient to downtown Annapolis. Very helpful staff and nice flat screen TVs.

Bath was not good at all. Only a tiny shower. Water went on bath floor.

Not worth the price for a one night stay.

Quick access to several shopping areas and 15 minutes from the Academy.

Pleasant hotel with great location off the highway in a quiet setting but near some nice malls.

very clean, good value

I was concerned about having a non smoking room as we had stayed here before and could smell smoke in other rooms. Not to worry, the staff assured us that our room would be non smoking and it was. A very good value for the money. Nice furnishings. Beautiful sheets.

Provide no extras ie. toothpaste, toothbrush. No refrigerator in room.

Great location, within walking distance to stores and dining.Hotel comfortable and upscale accomodations.

Hotel bartender Calos was amazing

This was far more than I expected for the price. The crab soup at the restaurant was the best I've ever had in Annapolis, and the service was the best I've ever gotten.Hotel staff were friendly 24/7, and always happy to assist.
