Staff changed our room quickly when informed of the smoke smell.
Pillows on bed smelled heavily of stale smoke.
I thought the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Made calls regarding taxis and shuttle service. Liked having a kitchen and refrigerator. First room on 3rd floor not so nice, second night on the first floor the room was much nicer and more spacious.

Sleeper sofa was filthy, dirty sheets, candy wrapper & beer caps in bedding.
The first night I arrived checked in and headed to the USNA. I did not go into the room. When I came back it was after 11PM. I was so tired I went right to bed. The next morning when I got up I noticed the floors were dirty and the towels in the bathroom missing. I called for towels which took over an hour to get and causing me to be late. The next night I picked up my friend from the airport and we got back to the hotel around 10:30PM. We attempted to get the sleeper sofa out. Finally after getting help from another guest we were able to pull out the sleeper. When we pulled out the sleeper sofa I was appalled at the conditions. The bottom sheet was dirty and the top sheet was found under the sleeper along with candy wrappers and beer caps. We call the front desk, or so we thought, and reported the findings. The woman on the phone told me she would have someone right there. At mid night, I finally went to the front desk and found that the desk is closed from 11PM to 6AM. There was a gentlemen there however who came up to the room and removed the sheets and trash. We thought he was coming back but never did. I went back to the desk and found the man who said he would tell the manager when she came in in the morning. We never did get clean sheets. We decided we would make the best of the night and sleep in the bed together, not in our plan. When I turned down the sheets of the bed I had slept in the night before we found a very large stain on the sheets, that I had not noticed the night before secondary pure exhaustion and falling into bed without looking first. All and all we slept in my car that night in the hotel parking lot. read more

Room was excellent and very clean.
We were beyond pleased with the level of accommodations. I was looking just for a bed for overnight on a work project, but this was a suite and sweet experience. I will definitely look to go there again when I am in the area.

I liked the convience and closeness to Annapolis
I didn't like the heating unit that would turn on the airconditioner at room temperature. It was loud.
This was a family friendly hotel. The only complaint I had was that the heater was hooked up to the airconditioner and when the room hit the temperature set, the airconditioner would come on, making the room uncomfortable. It was also very loud. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. It was meant for longer staying customers.

Very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room.
No plug for the bathtub.
This hotel was conveniently located, close to the college where my daughter was visiting. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a kitchenette which, for future reference, will be useful for me.

Convenient to location of destination
Old out of date feeling
and
therefore feeling somewhat dirty.
I would stay at this hotel again for the price. Friendly staff. Bagels for breakfast and pet friendly a plus. Very convenient to the Naval Academy Campus and shopping.

The kitchen area.
The first clerk to check us in was very snippy.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff we dealt with, especially a young man named was super nice, friendly and helpful. Even upon checking out the staff we encountered was very friendly. Thankfully this snotty clerk we only seen when we checked in. The room was great, comfortable and clean. The kitchen area was a big selling point. Being able to hang out in the room and actually sit at a table with comfortable chairs, opposed to sitting in a bed to hang out was a bit plus.
