It was very spacious.
The customer service was terrible.
The hotel itself was OK we managed to grab the bigger room, but the service was so bad. When trying to call the hotel it would take at least 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. They called us in the middle of our stay asking if we were checking out, freaked us out for no reason! And while we were trying to check out she ignored us and helped out other people. I have to say that it was the worst customer experience I've ever seen. read more

Nice location and friendly hotel staff. Good deal for
from priceline. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is not bad for the price. The rooms are not very sound proof.

We received an amazing upgrade on our room for free.
Parking was $25/day and valet was required.
I wasn't planning for this expense or process.

Continental breakfast, that's it!
Water ran from freezing to scalding, unclean and rude employees. 1room the ceiling was on the bed when we arrived, water damage I believe!
It was bad. There were homeless people living in the alley they expected you to drive in and leave your car for valet parking. The first room had large basket ball size pieces of the ceiling lying on the bed. It appeared to be water damage. Next room was with issues of the shower temperature running back and forth between the two extremes, scalding and freezing. For the third night, housekeeping never cleaned the room added new towels or toiletries or made the bed. They made us move to another room of fix the room ourselves. The phone didn't work in the first and the last room. It really was a joke. It I wasn't a single mom on a budget I would have let for better accommedation the first night. I feel as if they treated me with no respect and that I was an inconvenience. Never would I pay to stay there again! read more

Plenty of TV channels.
I bought it as a Park hotel, really a Comfort Inn.
Phone was disconnected; there were no glasses or ice container; water in shower only came out blasting hot.

Close to conference I attended.
Lobby dark and small.
For the budget traveler, this hotel would work - if you're willing to forgo comfort. Safe, but not inviting.

The personnel are wonderful and very helpful.
Nothing.
The hotel is centrally located in downtown Baltimore. Getting to other places from there is quite easy. The suites are very roomy and well equipped. The valet parking is a must for the location of the hotel. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Helpfull staff.
Continental breakfast.
Great price, close to what we wanted to see in the city, great staff, very clean. Super satisfied, even though the free breakfast was lousy.
