Overall clean, great breakfast bar.
The windows were not shutting thus noisy, could not sleep.

When checking out our clerk said "OH you must have been on the street side thats why it was noisy" I did not know that we had to ask for a specific side of the hotel. I would suggest putting that for anyone else that books this hotel

First time I've ever stayed in a hotel room that did not have ANY towels at all in the room! I had to call the front desk for towels!

The cleaning crew did a very poor job when getting this room ready for the next person reserving the room. There were no towels in this room when we checked in! We had to call the front desk and go down to pick up towels; a first! Very poor service.

Conviently located next to attraction we wanted to visit
air conditioner leaked carpet was soaked when we awoke

The hotel was conviently located near both sports venues. It was within walking distance, however the area was not the greatest to walk in... Breakfast offered was very good and a nice add on without any cost. Our room air conditioner leaked, and our carpet was soaked in the morning!

The shuttle bus was out of order during our stay.

The Holiday Inn Express is a clean comfortable hotel with a helpful staff. I would book a stay at this hotel for my next trip to Baltimore.

Very helpful front desk staff; covered parking.
Breakfast in the morning was crowded and eggs not tasty.

The hotel stay was great. We got into town early and we were able to check into our room. Staff was great. They gave us he shuttle schedule and let us know what was going on around the area. The room was clean aside from a cigarette burn on the coverlet. The free internet access was definitely a plus. Breakfast in the morning was free and quite crowded. Great selection, great coffee. The staff and services were excellent.
Dust covering the vehicles in the parking area.

I found this hotel to be outstanding in availability of location to the Convention Center. The staff and services were excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone desiring a wonderful place to stay one night or multiple nights.
