Very convenient location.
Charged for parking and internet, no place for snacks except overpriced mini bar.
The rooms were clean and nice. The towels were a bit rough. You can not get a better location. It is right in the middle of the Inner harbor. There is also a bridge from the parking garage to Hooters. The security in the hotel was very tight.

Location was perfect for going to the Inner harbor.
They recently closed one of their two restaurants and we were not informed until we arrived.

The bathroom was luxurious with marble tile and a glass wall shower.
They charged extra for everything, and the prices were exorbitant I was especially displeased about the wireless.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the hotel was well designed and very clean.
Room service and parking were a bit pricey, but this was not unexpected.
The Hyatt Baltimore Inner Harbor hotel is first class all the way. Staff was friendly and attentive and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and being helpful. They remember guests names and are very responsive.

Front desk upgraded me to inner harbor view.
Nothing.
Excellent location to inner harbor area, walking distance to many great shops, restaurants, little Italy, etc.

The registration desk gave us a complimentary harbor view room.
There was loud laughing & talking in the room above us that woke us.
Lovely harbor front hotel with easy access to the Inner Harbor area with all its shops and restaurants. The personnel at this hotel were extremely friendly & polite and made us feel very welcome.
