Nice hotel and Priceline cost was great. I've stayed here before and will likely again. Overall, a nice property.

Location, cost of parking, and the helpful staff.
Bathroom was small.
This Hyatt has very comfortable mattresses and very clean facilities. The hotel has an excellent staff that is willing to help. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and request a quiet room. They put me on the first floor and when I went back to change my room they were very apologetic and put me in a small suite on the top floor.

Overall aesthetics.
Exterior and interior of the hotel was just wonderful. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Our toilet kept running and the sink would not drain.

Location, cleanliness.
You had to go outside to access the garage.
I would definitely stay here again. When I needed something from housekeeping they were right on top of it. They were very accommodating in making sure all 3 families that had traveled from different locations were placed on the same floor. Room service was very prompt and the food was good.

Friendly staff and two good restaurants on site.
Parking lot access requires going outside the hotel and down an elevator.
Personable staff; warm service such as human wake up calls. Everyone is extremely helpful and delightful. I sat at the bar with my laptop and the bartender actually plugged me in over the bar counter, so my battery would charge.
