The staff was very helpful when things were just not going well.
That there was only one person working the desk late at night.
Over all the hotel was a very nice place but
I do not like
there key system. When I arrived there was only one person working the front desk and and there was a line of people in the lobby which seamed to have no air conditioning. When I got checked in and went to my room the key would not open my door. I returned to the lobby and got a different key and this too would not open my door. I returned to the lobby and the person working the desk even came to my room and tried to the same results, even the metal master key would not work. After some time and trial and error (their computer system was down and the manager could not be reached) the front desk person was able to get me into another room. All this took about an hour and thirty minutes from the time I checked in. At that point I was not a happy camper. It was not the front desk person fault and they did all they could do but the fact remains that there was not enough people to handle the work load when things like this happen and they do happen. read more

Reasonable
cost via price line in that location.
Smell in guest rooms, in elevator and hall way.
No need to give deposit for the utensils in studio, some hotel does.

Cheap kitchen.
Hotel staff was terrible they had me sit in the lobby until a room was ready because check in is at three the parking lot was empty however they didn't have a single room for me to go to so
I sat in the lobby with my kids until it was ready at three.

It was close to home.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
This hotel was not in the best location. The staff was friendly. The only negative thing about this hotel were that the beds were extremely hard. I mean the floor was softer than the bed. So it was hard to get rest because I was not comfortable.

It was (too) basic and noisy.
It was fine for the
money. I would not stay there again.
