The free hot breakfast buffet had bacon, eggs, pancakes, and sausage.
Plumbing problem, quickly resolved by staff.
This is an excellent hotel for the price. The staff was extremely helpful and committed to making sure my stay was as good as they could make it. The free breakfast has actual breakfast food including meats in addition to the standard hotel breakfast fare. Their restaurant also has a bar, with happy hour every weekday.

Restaurant was okay.
Not much to like.
Run down. Workout room was musty-the elliptical machine did not work. My bathroom appeared to have some water damage-unsanitary.

The staff.
Hard to find even my GPS took me to the wrong hotel.
The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was extremely hard to find even my GPS took me to the wrong hotel. The area around the hotel did not have many dining establishments around. I honestly feel that a cheaper hotel would have been a nicer place do to the fact the hotel just looked run down inside.

Shuttle bus to the airport, proximity to light rail transport.
Customer service was significantly less than adequate.
Customer service was the big point for me, and it was significantly lacking at this hotel. Did not stay in the hotel long term, so the rooms met my needs, however they did not exceed them by any stretch of the imagination. So for the price, it was lacking. .

I was hoping breakfast world be ok - it wasn't.
Rude, incompetent staff - smelly room, dull sheets.
The only good thing abut this hotel is that it is close to the airport and offers free shuttle. Each time I called to confirm my reservation, the desk staff claimed I had not made a reservation- they even told me I only paid for 1 night, when I prepaid for 2. They were rude and demonstrated no customer service as my daughter and I struggled to get our luggage onto a cart at mid-night. Would never ever stay there again. I will pay the extra money to stay at Marriott next time! read more

The Airport shuttle and the person driving the shuttle were outstanding.
Front desk check in person was irritable and not friendly.
It was just O.K. My expectations were set pretty good. I still think that hotel personnel should be happy and upbeat, and this person was not. I would not recommend the hotel due to this person's attitude.

It was over priced for being as far from downtown as it was.
Front desk staff were nice enough but seemed less than outgoing and often too busy to assist. Room was fine, furniture (couch) a bit stained.
