The furniture can use some repair; light bulb had to be replaced.

What one would expect for a business traveler. I have two young children (5 and 8); I would hope for a small fridge or the like, but understand that we are not the hotel's target tenants. The drawers can use some repair. Light bulb and coffeemaker had to be replaced during our stay (and they were replaced promptly). Overall, it's still a good deal at Priceline price.

Ample room with 2 double queen beds; refrigerator in room, indoor pool.
Bad odor of room, pool was not available 1st day of stay, no microwave in room.

We stayed in a 1st floor room at the back and outer wall of the hotel (not facing the courtyard). The room smelled like it had been closed off for awhile. We first thought that it was possibly fumes remaining from carpet cleaning and would eventually dissipate. It remained with us for our 2 days there. Not much sound deadening in the hallway - I could hear my wife speaking on the phone when I returned from the lobby and was still 3 rooms away and around the corner in the adjoining hallway. A family arriving at 2:30 AM might as well have been coming in our room from the noise we heard. read more

I like the convenience of where it is located. I actually wish I could get the hotel every time I stay in Columbia.

I love the convenience and the ability to get in and out of the hotel from any door so that I can park near the area I'm located and walk in.

The staff was very helpful.

I needed a featherless room. The staff arranged for that prior to me getting to the hotel. I needed directions the staff printed off directions and was very helpful in helping me navigate.
