The location to the airport and the room amenities.
For two individuals it was a tad bit small we were running into one another.

The hotel is located in the BWI Airport hotel section. It was close to restaurants, movie theaters, and an enormous mall. The close proximity to both Baltimore and DC via 295 was fantastic. I lived in Maryland for 4 years, and having to return on business and stay in a hotel was difficult. Yet, this hotel was truly a home away from home.

The room, very large with all the comforts you may need.
Being a cross country traveler, the manager would not let me in the room early without a charge.

The only real problem I had was the fact that the manager would not let me in the room early. When traveling, you cannot always arrive at check-in time. I understand that this is a business, but it would be a kind courtesy to travelers to do that.

Poor communications, very lumpy mattress.

Everything was clean, but the mattress needed to be replaced. I waited 40 minutes for a shuttle because of poor communication by the night manager.

Nothing bad.

Excellent hotel. The service was excellent. Their shuttle broke down, but they called and got a cab for me without my knowledge. The hotel even paid for the cab fare.

Very thoughtfully, thoroughly appointed in anticipation of guest needs.
Would have liked airport shuttle service prior to 7:00 a.m.

Would definitely stay there again in conjunction with air travel to Baltimore area.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the suites are clean and comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay a the candlewood suites, this will be our second visit, our stay met all of our expectations.

I liked that the hotel offered an exercise facility.
I like my room cleaned daily, but I understand with an extended stay suite it's not efficient.

We enjoyed this hotel. It offered everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The location was convenient to where we were visiting. We would definitely stay here again.
