Evening shift desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful.
For this "shopping trip, we would have liked a king bed with a bigger table for wrapping Christmas presents.

Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Exit light was out at stairwell on our floor. Ice machine did not work on our floor.

Worth upgrading to bay view enjoyed sunset.
Smoking rooms very smoky but I'm not a smoker.

Hotel was nice. Great view of the bay. Clean rooms and nice pool. Smoking runs are very smoky if you are a non smoker. Overall good hotel.

The beds were not comfortable. Need to change mattresses and the pillows were lumpy. The room had a funny smell.

The hotel staff was attentive and responsive to service.
The Denny's Restaurant connected to the hotel was awful.

The price was very favorable. I would stay again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They knew the area well.
I wish things were a little fresher and newer.

This hotel is centrally located. The staff is friendly and helpful.
