The price, although I would have stayed elsewhere for more money if I knew the conditions of this hotel.
Out of the three days, we were shorted towels twice. You could not open window and the room was stale smelling.
The room smelled stale and you could not open the window for fresh air, although the air conditioner helped. The carpet probably needed to be shampooed. I felt the front desk staff could use training in Customer Appreciation Tips, for instants - say Good Morning and smile like you care.

The room was well appointed.
Too much noise in hallways and foul language.
Hotel room was nice, if worn, the floor we were on was worn and needing replacement.

There was hair in the bathroom. On the floor, sink, on the towels, etc.!
The room was nice. Plenty of pillows! The T.V. cabinet was nice with the storage area for hanging items. I liked the hair dryer in the bathroom. We actually need that for my daughters structure.

Clean, inexpensive, and convenient to where I needed to be.
Key cards kept failing. Recent Electrical work not finished. Slow Elevators.
Pluses - Inexpensive and convenient to where I was going. These were very important for me. Minuses - 1) There had been recent electrical work done to the room. When I got there, all of the electrical devices (lamps, TV, Clock Radio, Coffee pot, etc) where unplugged. Also, the plates around the electrical outlets had not been replaced on several outlets. For an adult, no big deal, but the exposed wires would have been dangerous for children. This was fixed the next day. 2) Key Cards - Over a five night stay I had to get my key cards replaced 8 times. This happened regardless of the various precautions I took. This would have been a minor annoyance except that. 3) Elevators were very slow the 4th floor and this was a quite a problem. Also, one of the doors had a habit of sticking closed. read more

Convenient location.
Public areas will soon need renovation to be competitive.
I was satisfied with my experience at this hotel and would stay there again as a reasonably priced and convenient location in the North Baltimore area.

Closet should be tall enough for dresses.
TV cabinet combine with dresser
For a low budget, it is okay, nothing good or bad just okay. The continental breakfast is a plus.
