Upon my arrival my room smelled like smoke. My room was upgraded because that was what was available.
The refrigerator was not working and had to be fixed.

Close to everything.
The rooms were creepy.

They did not have my non smoking room available for 2 days. I had to change rooms after the 1st night. The first night I was in the upgraded room with a heart shaped bathtub. I was traveling w/ my Mom so we certainly didn't need it. The room was dark and looked like something out of a crime scene investigation. The 2nd night we were in a standard non-smoking room and this was brighter and cleaner. The price was right for the stay. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Cheap compared to other options.
Bad customer service.

Bad customer service: 1st night, there were no internet cables, told could not book another night until the next morning. 2nd night- told the next morning that I could not book another night because system down (told it would be running in a few hours), called many times during day and told each time not it was still not working, came back later that night and finally booked 2nd night (If we had not left some of our belongings in the room and could not come back until late the next night, I would have switched to another hotel). read more

Location.
Price for what you got.

Wonder about safety of area when the desk clerk is behind Plexiglas with only small slot for pushing papers in and out. Also saw 3 large rats (the size of squirrels) running across the parking lot. Coffee in room but no coffee pot, TV but no remote, dresser with missing drawer.

Nothing.
Too hard to find, because city has a no left turn policy on roads, not good for tourists.

Initial staff member I met was extremely helpful and helped; rest of staff mediocre; bed comfortable.
Door locking mechanism didn't work and they had to show me how to jury rig my entry card; portions of door casing crumbling; ice machines far away.

Wired high speed internet.
Tiny and dirty. Smoking room. Used matchbooks and used shampoo. Ants.

I chose to sleep fully clothed because this place was so dirty.
