We are 1 Mile to Greenline Metro, 12 Miles to all Washington DC Attractions, Six Flags, FedEx Field only 10-12 Miles. Free Wireless High Speed Internet in all guest rooms. Property has Outdoor Seasonal Pool. All Rooms have a Coffeemaker, Clock, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board as well as a 27 Inch TV with HBO,Disney and ESPN. Mold in the shower, peeling paint in the pool, psychotic life guard, roaches in the cereal.

I will never go that cheap again; between the mold in the shower, the peeling paint in the pool, the constantly malfunctioning door locks, the absurdly hovering life guard with a million arbitrary rules about what my kids could and couldn't do, and, on the last day, the roaches my wife found in the cereal in the breakfast room, it was a wholly unpleasant experience. Traffic in parking lot, remote for
TV not working.

This was my second stay at this motel. I can see where more effort is being put forth to accomodate the guests. This is a good nights sleep for the value.

It had a refrigerator.
Advertised wireless didn't work, desk clerk didn't understand English.

Wireless didn't work, water wasn't hot, no name brand retaurants within close proximity. Breakfast room was well stocked and clean.

Location and maid service was superior.
Breakfast bar was barely adequate.

This location suited my needs to a tee. The staff was extremely courteous and the room service was exceptional.
