Old, rundown, poorly managed, all smoking rooms, no internet working.

This family run property was a disaster. It smelled of smoke and had hand written notes on where to leave keys upon check out. It was embarrassing.

Cheap. Right out side of Baltimore.
I was unable to use the hotel phone for long distance calls, even if I was calling collect.

Acceptable if your main goal is saving money.

Location was close to my destination
Room was very small and smelled bad

Smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The lobby smelled very strongly of food and the room smelled awful even for a smoking room.
