The continental breakfast.
Could be modernized a little bit.
Clean, but could be a little bit refurbished.

The bedding was clean.
The location was the biggest disappointment.
There were beer bottles in the parking lot that we had to move in order to park. The hall and windows were filthy. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was nill if some one flushed the toilet or ran water elsewhere. The location was poor. I will never go back.

The hotel clerk was nice.
Don't get me started!
There were fleas in the room that my friend & I brought along with us from this hotel in our luggage.

When I left it.
Dirty room and power in room kept going out. I did not stay.
Rude staff, room dirty, power kept going on in my room, staff was not able to relocate me. I did not stay in the room. I left.

Leaving.
Place is located next Railroad line and is dirty. Place should be rated a one, too high.
Back looks like the back of a shed and all areas are black and terrible condition and dirty. This place would be over rated as singe level.

A
place to sleep.
AC worked.
Train noise at night.
I was disappointed in this hotel. There were plastic covers on the mattresses and it was right next to the train tracks. It felt like a hotel that rooms would rent by the hour.

Staff was very friendly
Refrigerator did not work, continental breakfast not the best, key card had to be reactivated twice.
The location was okay. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly; however, the continental breakfast was not the best (bagel was stale and nats all around the juice machine). The refrigerators in the the rooms did not work, my key card to my room was deactivated twice. The outside of the hotel was not attractive at all. I felt like I was at a low class motel.

The desk staff was all nice.
It was shabby, dark and right by railroad tracks.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 days - went to Boston at the Raddison for 2 nights - then came back for 2 nights at this motel. See comments from my first stay. The second 2 nights - at least the AC worked and the toilet was attached to the wall, but there wasn't any refrigerator. The sheets still were loose and the mattress covers were plastic and too big which created uncomfortable wrinkles to sleep on. read more
