Pleasantly surprised, clean. Friendly staff, easy access to MBTA, etc.
Sort of a rabbit-warren maze of hallways to get to room, needed extra blanket.
I expected a lot less. It was very clean, updated, and freshly painted. A kitchen available on our floor for hotel guests to use. Also very clean. Parking (not free) very close with coupon for discounted price. Very convenient to Fenway, BU, Kenmore Square.

They upgraded us to a suite.
No pool.
We had a very comfortable stay. It was a great location to where we had plans too.

Great location and a very friendly staff that had a very good knowledge of he area and how best to get around..
My only complaint would be that the room never got to a comfortable warm temperature.
This hotel has a great location with easy access to the T and Fenway Park. An outstanding staff that was not only courteous but knowledgeable. The room was spacious with eco friendly amenities and a great view of Kenmore Square and Fenway Park.

Liked the location of the hotel and the charm.
Room was in desperate need of new carpet, couch and paint on the ceiling. Stains all over the carpet and couch made us feel uncomfortable.
We stayed in a deluxe suite which, although roomy, was in desperate need of some upkeep. The stains on the carpet and couch made us feel uncomfortable. No staff in front of hotel to greet you and help direct you to parking. The location was excellent as we went to a Red Sox game and the walk was less than 1/2 mile. Unfortunately we expected a better room for the money we spent.
