Superb location, and rather quite considered its location.
Room is a little outdated, and small.

Staff is friendly. Requested extra towels and glasses, and they were delivered to the room in no time. Also requested late checkout, and got a positive response with friendly attitude.

We loved it! They gave us large rooms with king beds, 2 bathrooms and felt like we were treated like kings.

Close to the theater where the show was I attended. The staff was very helpful.
I did not like to have to pay for parking.

The hotel was beautiful and decorated beautifully for Christmas. They had nice shops in the hotel and it was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was extremely accommodating, went above and beyond.

We stayed in the city after my graduate school graduation. The woman, that checked us in, noticed my cap/gown and upgraded our room. When we returned to our room that evening there was a bottle of Champagne from her. Wonderful service!

Superb location for business in Back Bay.
Small, crowded room.

The Park Plaza is one of those old grand hotel jewels requiring a face lift. The bathroom was clean but tiny with little shelf space, and the room itself was crowded with big furniture, but the location is ideal, the place was very clean and I would stay there again for the price.

Supply conditioner to go with the nice shampoo.

The staff here was so nice. Staff knew it was my daughter's birthday, greeted her, and gave us an upgrade! They were wonderful.

This hotel met expectations. It was nice, centrally located and clean. It was not amazing.

Nice location. Beautiful lobby.
One of the 2 rooms wasn't as nice as the other. It was quite a bit smaller.

I think a hotel of this caliber should have in-room facilities for coffee/tea making. Otherwise, it was as expected.
