Clean, safe, good location.
No close restaurants.

The room was clean and comforting. Close from local transportation. I wished if there were close fast food restaurants but overall, I am happy with my experience at this hotel.

That it had a take out breakfast bar.
The rooms were not ready when we arrived. The excuse was that they were full the night before.

It was clean and it was nice. We were only there one evening.

Rooms needed updating and the hotel was hard to find.

Hotel was acceptable for the price we paid compared to other hotels in Boston. It was a little out of the way from the airport but was within walking distance of the "T". I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking.

I didn't have a car so free shuttle and proximity to T was very helpful.

Great hotel for the price, and very convenient if you don't have a car. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as downtown Boston, and public transportation is within walking distance. Beds are quite comfortable.

The warm welcome cookies were delightful.
Location in a shady neighborhood.

The hotel itself was nice. But the address was misleading - inputting the hotel with Boston as the city lead us to drive somewhere completely different. The hotel should advertise that they are located in Dorchester, within Boston. Dorchester was not very far from the city center but Mt. Vernon street in Boston is much further. With traffic, it took us about an hour to find the wrong location, and then go back to the right location. read more
