The staff was amazing and the room was wonderful.
The parking was expensive.
Since reading through others reports on this hotel made me quite nervous, we were very pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel actually was. The room was wonderful with nice bedding and toiletries, the cookies were delicious and they even gave my 10 year old and extra one when we checked out. The hotel was clean and modern. Parking was expensive $38 but we saved by parking at the Government Center Parking Garage and taking the Orange T directly to the hotel. read more

The price, the location, the staff&the treatment were superb. It was what I needed.
Nothing
After a long painful night of unexpectedly having to stay in town, a new friend let us use their computer. We were introduced to Priceline, where we got this hotel. Let me just say that the cookie greeting put an end to all of our troubles, as funny as it sounds. The staff
was pleasant, professional, friendly, and even tried to help us get the same rate for the next night. I loved the fact you recycle. It was spotless. read more

Friendly staff, clean rooms, cookie.
The swimming pool was actually in the YMCA next door, and was closed for most of the time we were there. Also, no free internet.
Pretty good hotel, their own swimming pool and/or better pool hours would have made it better, and free internet would be nice.

Legs bitten by "something" several times while watching a movie in bed.
Although bitten by something in this hotel bed (four itchy bumps on my leg after an hour in the bed) the hotel staff insisted there were no bed bugs. Even after asking to see the bites to visually verify I wasn't making up my complaint, the staff insisted there were no bed bugs. No matter, they did agree to give me another room where I did not receive more bites.

I liked the layout of the public spaces and ambience.
Room carpet was nasty stained....as a result the room did not feel clean.
Efficient staff, very good amentiies, nice looking public spaces without being over the top. Excellent, central location for theater and Tufts Medical Center. Overnight parking is avaialable for $36 for hotel guests.

Happy workers with chic looking interior.
Lobby was one flight of stairs from the street level.
