Not a thing.
No entry, no parking, charges for internet.
Entry for this hotel is a parking garage. Will cost you $32 per day to park here. Hotel is not connected with parking garage financially, just physically. $9/ day for internet access is ridiculous. Motel 6 has free WiFi. Hotel told this guest that electricity (elevators) were being turned off after checking in to the 18th floor.

The hotel staff in particular the concierge.
The electricity was cut off on the last day and that caused inconvenience.

Classy hotel workers but friendly at the same time.
Internet should be free of charge.
In the center of downtown Boston. I could walk around the hotel and find some bars and restaurants. Subways are also conveniently located near the hotel which makes easier for travelers to get around the town.

Friendly staff, the smell was fresh and clean, the hotel rooms were clean and neat.
The pillows.
My first experience at the Hyatt Regency has definitely made me recommend to my friends and family. The staff was great and helpful and the hotel in general was one of the best I've stayed at.
