Beds/bedding. Room size and decoration. Hot tub & fitness room.
No microwave. Cost of parking.
We were traveling for business/pleasure. It was a comfortable stay. The location is really the key. Underground safe parking but you have to pay & no discount for the more days you are parking there.

The view in my room consisted of a brick wall.
Clean, attractive and ideal for the business traveler thanks to a refrigerator in the room and the 24-hour market in the downstairs lobby.

The rooms were nice.
No microwave in room, TV reception was poor, pool not functioning.
Nice decor, poor service and attitude, pool/spa was closed but no one was cleaning it and it looked fine. After 18 hours of driving it was the only thing I was looking forward to. There was also no cable TV, the analog stations were very poor quality. Also parking was $18/night, even for paying guests.

Convenient location, most staff was very friendly & went beyond expectations, hotel was very clean.
$18.00 per night parking in a very tight garage.
The hotel is very centrally located in Brooklyn. Most all of the staff was caring and impressive --wanting to satisfy every request. Breakfast buffet with omelet service was good. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Four free internet computers were available in the lobby which was appreciated as we were traveling without a laptop. The in & out privileges in parking was good -- but at a charge of $18.00 per night--maybe a little steep for 4 days. Avoid a room adjacent to the elevators (x14) - very noisy.
