Hallway odors, and the rooms were unstocked.

Poorly stocked kitchenette; 1 fork, 2 spoons, 2 dinner knives, no sharp knives at all, 1 spatula, no large or serving spoons, no dishwasher, no dish soap, and no paper towels. Room was not fully cleaned between guests.

Very poor and rude management. Double assignment of our room, not once but twice on the same day (first we were sent to an already occupied room. Then another guest opened and came into our room. Our key then stopped functioning for the whole night). While other staff were professional, the manager on duty did not even offer a minimum apology.

The location was excellent. Very easy to get to, very close to food, shopping and entertainment. The hotel was very clean.
