Clean and nicely appointed. Staff was helpful, prompt and they had free cookies. Breakfast was good.
The location is too far from town to walk to anything.

Easily accessed off Route 2. Very quiet, away from commercial activity.
No fault of hotel, but it was 15 miles from Waltham where we needed to be.

Location, ease of access, adjacent restaurant.
i)Front desk staff inflexible and unhelpful. ii) No elevator, ramp or help to carry suitcases to 2nd floor.

Our experience was spoiled by attitude of front desk staff; on arrival I asked to change room from the one assigned. This was refused without explanation despite many rooms being vacant at the time. On checkout I requested a receipt either signed or on an official letterhead for a cash payment. This was refused because we do not
do that.

Renovated, although not terribly well. Free parking, free breakfast and internet.
Smelly hall ways, very much feels like a Motel. Does not fall into the Best Western category I am used to.

Pleasant enough, although a bit noisy if your room is anywhere near the entrance doors. The doors slam hard and that goes on most all day long. I do not feel that the quality and feel of this Motel are what I am use to from Best Western. Compared with hotel in Boston and Cambridge, this ended up being pretty expensive, given the suburban location.

Clean, comfortable, accessible.
No PPV movie options.

Clean and well appointed rooms, corridors and facilities. Courteous staff. Perfectly suited for business travel. Could be better if PPV movies were offered on in room television.

They had a room available. They are near concord.
Wireless network was glacial in its speed. Really, really slow.

Quaint relic of the 1960's, this best western provides basic accommodations and excellent access to historic concord. Approximately 10 miles off of 95 on hwy 2a, it provides an outdoor pool for the children though its wireless support is hardly sufficient for the business traveler. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. The restaurant next door is outstanding. Beware however recommendations for "99" a local restaurant which while recommended for its affordable fare, kills every meal with massive quantities of salt. Also for good dining you can drive into concord or even Burlington. read more

Convenient location, very friendly staff, incredibly cleans rooms.
Room air conditioners are very outdated; inefficient and noisy!

The room was rather outdated and the air conditioner was either on or off. No thermostat to maintain a certain temp. It got steamy and hot with it turned off and arctic-cold with it on! I had to turn it on, but stuff the vents with bath towels to maintain a comfortable temperature and prevent being frozen by the blast of cold air. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, including the cleaning staff, which left the room sparkling clean each day! Although the hotel appeared dated, it was a convenient place to stay for the price. read more

I complimentary breakfast was very good.
The hotel was not within walking distance to the town.

Our stay at the Best Western was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was always well stocked. We had no problems getting anywhere in town as a main road was right outside the hotel. I was surprised that the free high speed internet they advertise is not in all rooms. Overall, a good hotel for the price.

Couldn't.
Don't expect anything from this hotel or its staff.

The staff couldn't accommodate a smoker, though they only had 6 cars in the lot all three days I was there. Nothing other than the dirty room I encountered. There is no restaurant. No assistance in finding one, or anything else in the area. There were bugs in the room, was bitten by something. Screen was broken, room was dirty, and smelly. As a business traveler who flies and rents Hotels every week, this hotel was the worse I have ever encountered! read more

Excellent cleaning and amenities in room.
I liked everything.

This hotel provided more than I expected in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The 12 pm checkout time was also a plus.
