Very large suite. We weren't expecting the living area fridge and micro.
Really nothing. It will be beautiful when the construction is complete.
Very friendly and helpful staff when we arrived in the very early morning pre-dawn hour. The room was very quiet and huge. We could occasionally hear the outside door slam, but no talking or hall noises. Much more than we were expecting.

The staff was very helpful, responsive, and was friendly.
The rooms appeared a tad shabby.
Large entrance way led directly to a reception desk with alert and welcoming staff who took care of our registration in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner. Room was clean, well-lit; the bathroom was nicely furnished with plenty of towels and hot water. Outside doors required keys to allow residents access - good security measure since there was easy access from the parking lots. read more

Location was nice.
It smelled like carpet fresh throughout the halls so bad. Rooms not the best condition. Clean enough.
We heard the were going to start re-doing all the rooms and I think that is a good idea. It was clean enough but outdated. The halls smelled so bad like overuse of carpet fresh it made me wonder what they were trying to cover up. The pool was way too cold and I did not feel heated was a word I would have used. It was an OK stay but I would not stay there again.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, and restaurant was good.
The bathtub drain was very sluggish maybe even partially clogged.

The hotel's front desk staff was very friendly.
There was nothing to dislike.
The hotel was not a three star quality, but probably a 2.5 star hotel. It was equivalent to the other 2.5 star hotels we stayed at during our trip, but was not equivalent to the 3 star hotels.

The employee at the desk at checkout in the morning was excellent and helpful. That was the best part of the stay, and the leaving.
Arrived at 10:05pm and we were hungry, was told the restaurant closed 5 minutes distance.
The service by the desk clerk at night was inadequate at best. We were given a room in the basement and entered the room with the curtains open looking up at a pickup truck. There were many rooms available. Nothing to eat after 10pm but machines.

The staff was friendly and helpful!
The Beds! I barely slept the entire trip because they were so uncomfortable!!
The hotel was nice and clean. The service was fantastic! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was not the best.. and was not really walking distance to downtown falmouth and the beaches. It was near a busy road that was close to bigger stores (i.e wal-mart, shaws, t.j maxx, etc) but the quaint cape cod feel was further away then I would have liked. Also, the beds ruined our experience at the hotel. They were as hard as a rock, and I didn't sleep through the night once during my 3 night stay. Maybe got 8 hours of sleep through our entire vacation. read more

No elevators, stairs would be difficult for older people.
