Staff and restaurant exceeded our expectations.
Less convenient location - only one computer available in lobby.
This hotel was attractive, well-lit, and comfortable. Hotel staff was quick to be helpful and responsive. I reluctantly opted for the in house restaurant, as I arrived later than expected. I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was wonderful - portions were large, and the food was skillfully prepared. Wait staff was attentive and professional.

It had rooms available when other hotels in the area were sold out.
The hotel is in need good cleaning and some renovation. Some lights were out on the elevator buttons. The bedspreads in the room were stained. The room smelled like smoke when we entered for the first time. The bathroom was small and the Sheraton's amenities appeared cheap with their no frills labeling. The TV channel response time was very slow and would get hung up and I'd have to turn the TV off to reset it. There were no towels in the fitness room; but they were in the pool area. The staff was having trouble with their computers upon my check-in and check-out. read more

This hotel is showing it's age in the rooms that I entered and room that I eventually was given by the manager.
