Spacious comfortable room with refrigerator and microwave.
Access from the road is a little tricky and not well marked; must make U turn if approaching from west.

This is a clean, relatively recently built hotel with a good layout and spacious, quiet, and well-lit accommodations. Easy access to all of the five colleges in the area, once you find the driveway. The included breakfast is fairly good quality.

The beds were extremely comfortable.
You needed your key to get into the vending machine room.

This hotel was very nice clean and the staff was friendly.

We had non smoking but were aside of a smoking room and could smell smoke all night.

I would definitely stay here again. But, would ask for another floor non-smoking.

It had open space around it and it felt as if I wasn't just pulling off the road
Breakfast. Even given the fact it was free... It lacked what others had

It's new and off the road. You don't hear road noice. When you park your car it's not feeling like an on the side of the road parking lot.

Smoking rooms next to non-smoking - why bother?

The smoking rooms are on the same floor as non-smoking - the smell was quite noticeable and offensive.

The room smelled as it was a smoking room.

This hotel was perfect for a low-cost but comfortable stay. It was clean and friendly. A good experience overall.

Convenient location to the school we were visiting.
Breakfast was the typical processed food continental breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. I miss the fact that it did not have a restaurant. After a busy day it is nice to have dinner and relax. Breakfast was the typical continental processed food bar.
