Country Inn and Suites Holyoke is located close to the Connecticut River. Easily accessible from I-91. The hotel includes indoor pool and health facility. We are close to many of the main attractions of the Pioneer Valley, including Yankee Candle Company, the Basketball and Volleyball Hall of Fame and Six Flags New England. Greeting receptionist, warm and friendly.
Coffee maker did not work, no hot water for shower, check out person had no response to complaint.

Initially my experience was positive, warm reception, room was comfortable. I was ready to overlook television problems until the morning when I was not able to make coffee, and then not able to shower did not start my day off well. I called the manager from the road and she never returned my call. Was not happy.

Auto phone wake-up on daylight savings, rang 1 hour early, highway white noise.

A well kept gem! This was a pleasant surprise located near the country club. We would stay here again.

Nice and quite place that had a good rooms and beds.
The internet was hard wired as opposed to WiFi.

Nice and quiet hotel with a decent breakfast and workout rooms. Beds were comfortable.

Staff was helpful getting me copies as they have not business center.
No business center or WiFi.

I found this hotel out of the way a bit but it was worth the trip. The restaurant next door is top notch. The only problems we had was the cleaning staff. One day they completely forgot to do our room and then we ran out of toilet paper with not back up. The staff at the desk did all they could in apologies.
