We especially enjoyed using the pool. The hotel was convenient to the big E.

My first impression of the staff wasn't very positive! As we checked in, the comment from the front desk, when I asked for non-smoking, he gave me a smoking room. The next morning, the same women was working (long hours to be there the next morning) and she was much friendlier! She may have been tired but every customer, where ever they make their reservation, should be treated with respect! Great pool, and free breakfast for my child. Our overall experience was good. read more

The shirt I left behind was not returned.

I left my brand new sweatshirt hanging behind the bathroom door - when I got home and realized it. I called and was told housekeeping would get back to me. They never called. I called them again 3 days later, was put on hold, and then was told nothing was found and that they log all of the items they do find. Someone who works there ended up with a brand new sweatshirt.

It was very conveniently located near I-90 and I-91.

It was a perfectly reasonable, although unremarkable hotel. We were able to get a good deal there through Priceline even though it was Labor Day Weekend.

Hard beds, not very comfortable.

Rooms and hotel were clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. Could feel springs of each coil in your back. No padding what so ever.
